'Cards' module of IBS 'BANKIR'
The issue and servicing of debit and credit cards is one of the major directions for the development of retail banking. CSBI 'Cards' solution allows for creating effective back-office support as well as providing full accounting support for all card operations.
'Cards' module of IBS 'BANKIR' allows for:
- Making contracts and servicing of cardholders
- Managing all accounting operations with cards
- Exchanging data with processing systems in an offline mode (the current version is implemented for operations with the following systems: OPENWAY, COMPAS, BASE24, UCS; integration with other processing systems is possible), as well as in an online mode with COMPAS processing system.
- Issue of primary and secondary cards linked to the same agreement
- Setting card activity limits (both for primary and secondary cards)
- Generating mobile/e-mail alerts on performed transactions for customers
- Servicing products with credit limit. It is possible to set credit templates to provide various loan products to customers on bank cards, including setting periods when no interest is charged on a credit card (i.e. grace–period).
