TrainingThe CSBI training center organizes training for specialists in its offices and on-site at the customer premises. For each installed software component, CSBI provides training of a customer-specified functional and technical personnel as well as end users. Depending on the selected functionality of the system and in accordance with agreed banking technology special training programs are developed for users, system administrators, and, if necessary, technical personnel. Training is usually conducted in two phases. During the first phase system administrators are prepared for their involvement in the process of implementation of the system. It gives system administrators a chance to better learn the basic principles of administering. At the second phase users of the system are trained. By this time the parameterization of the system (part of the system) is done and current information about clients, accounts, balances is already put in the system. In this way, users learn how to use the system operating familiar data, requisites of clients.
