Our maintenance department uses state-of-the-art technologies, which permit to register employee requirements and control status of any questions of our clients. The maintenance system used by CSBI allows our employees to be fast in reporting new development of the company to the clients and update software on a timely basis.
Maintenance services include:
Support for clients' inquiries - we answer your questions pertaining to the software operational employment by phone, E-mail, or using any other communication means; Delivery of new software versions free of charge Free upgrading of software in accordance with changes in requirements of the Central bank and banking legislation of the Russian Federation; Notification about additions and extensions of software products; Inclusion of the bank's requirements in the software customization process.
Thanks to our "hot line" clients can get consultations (telephone, fax, e-mail, www) pertaining to operational employment of the software, they receive help in troubleshooting and rectification of incorrect actions. CSBI guarantees compliance of its software products with Russian legislation.
Maintenance of software products also includes development and improvement of software consumer qualities:
taking into consideration client's requirements in software customization and upgrading as well as in development of new versions; supplying modifications and/or new versions of software products for enhancement of functional capabilities and correction of deficiencies and mistakes with all appropriate documentation; conducting consultations and rendering help in solving any problems associated with installation of new software versions.
Maintenance includes provision of special technical and information support, information about all additions and extensions of the software products, which will be made, as well as information about development plans.
Additional maintenance services can include the following:
consultations, support in parameterization of software products, correction of errors caused by unauthorized modifications of software products; additional training, technical and functional personnel and end users for each installed soft base component at the CSBI premises; implementation of specific requirements of clients for software modifications, connected with changes of technology, and client operations; maintenance of nonstandard versions of software, etc.
