Central module
Main Ledger, Client Information File, Normative-Reference information, System Operation Service, Accounting, Archive of Accounts, Operation Archive -this module is used for keeping Main Ledger, Client Information File, as well as for interaction of Main Ledger with other modules. This module is used for adjusting the system, periodic and on-demand processing of information and generation of appropriate reports. Technology of operation is determined by bank specialists and is implemented in the system on the basis of information put into major reference files:
chart of accounts; banking operations; opposed accounts (accounts for automatic correspondence) interest rates; currencies and rates; regions, Russian banks, CIS banks, correspondent banks; client accounts in other banks; equipment; departments, users of the system, profit/losses center, access rights; bank affiliates, divisions, and departments.
This module performs all automatic operations, associated with accrual of interest, credit rediscounts, transferal of revenues and expenditures to financial results, revaluation and increases in the value of currency balances. The "Central module" includes "Archive", which provides access to full and detailed archived information and information covering all performed transactions and prepared documents, "Accounting consolidation", which provides consolidation of balance and financial reports of the bank's central office and its affiliates and automatic formation of bank consolidated reporting, "System operation service".
The "System operation service" module is used for configuring access to the menu items, to operations, to phases of document processing, to sums of operations or documents, to clients, to client accounts, to information on client accounts. With a user entry into the system his parameters are identified and his own user menu is generated. In implementation of all operations user permissions are verified.
"Operational activity" module
Fully functional bank back-office. It provides corporate and retail banking services for clients of all types: legal bodies, physical bodies, including private entrepreneurs, in all currencies; levying fees and commissions in handling transactions; organization of working places depending on technology, used in the bank: combined or separate service of legal bodies and physical bodies; transactions in national currency and other currencies at different working places; use of a "client manager" technology, that is, rendering full spectrum of services at one working place.
"Servicing document card indexes" - permits to maintain document card indexes of several types: card index of client facilities and funds, which are subdivided into flows: internal payments, incoming mail, outgoing mail, uncleared receipts; other card indexes, which allow to register documents with automatic opening of off-balance accounts and operations of receipts for these accounts, register sums of rejections in the documents with automatic debit of off-balance accounts, make partial or full payments in accordance with documents with generation of internal transactions of balance and off-balance accounts. The number of documents card indexes is not limited, parameterization determines card indexes for accounting of any types of documents: accounting documents, which not paid in time; accounting documents, waiting for acceptance; forward liabilities for credits; client orders for payments, requests and liabilities for currency purchases/sales, etc. "Servicing banking accounts" module - permits full service of all types of accounts: ruble and currency, settlement accounts, thrift accounts for physical and legal bodies. All cash and cashless settlements, made within the module automatically, generate internal transactions. While working with operations of direct servicing several parameters are determined: rules of conducting operations, phases of confirmation and rules of access at each phase. Full history of all operations and generated internal transactions and documents is available for reviewing. To speed up servicing a client there exists an operation of deposition and out payment, where account manager actions are limited to the minimum.
"Credits" module
Legal and physical bodies: automatic and semiautomatic accounting of credits and events, connected with them (payment of main indebtedness, interest payment, credit facility on bank account, overdraft, prolongation, etc.), printing of a credit facility agreement according to an example (data taken from a credit application and acceptance of the credit committee), adjustment of credit facility agreement, consumer and other mass credits, credit lines, credits to businesses, etc., flexible algorithms in accrual of interest. It permits automation of the bank's credit department. It organizes input of credit applications, preparation of credit facility agreements, calculation and automatic accounting of credits. It allows monitoring of implementation of fixed and renewable credits, creates charts of principal redemption and accrual of interests and implements their redemption from the account.
"Depositary contracts" module
This module is used for registration of contracts generated with the help of type and individual templates. Automated accounting and control of execution of depositary contracts. (Legal and physical bodies: automatic accounting of all types of contracts; printing of a depositary contract according to an example, adjustment of depositary contract examples; identification of a product set of a passive type for a client; flexible calendar (360-365); on-demand deposits, fixed-term deposits, etc. of legal and physical bodies; flexible algorithms of accrual of interests) - the module is used for operations with depositary contracts of legal and physical bodies and automation of depositation operations for physical bodies. It registers deposit conditions, depositary contract executions, calculation and automatic accounting of thrift accounts.
"Retail operations" module
This module is used for automation of bookkeeping of credit and/or deposit operations, made with the use of credit cards. The module permits the bank to offer modern services in the sphere of retail operations. The module supports mass service of physical bodies in the sphere of credit card crediting and transactions. It can be configured for every type credit-deposit schemes. The module permits the following operations:
mass input of client applications for credit arrangements; automated opening of retail products in accordance with pre-set system rules; automated maintenance of products, connected with credit facility agreements, credit accounts, credit limits; control of fulfillment of client's obligations , information of clients about the status of their credit facility agreements; adjustable interface with the system of transaction authorization; effective mass processing of retail products.
"Analysis a client activity" module
(enumeration of services with tariffs, groups of clients, interest and non-interest revenues and expenditures per a client, including investment income of deposits, calculation of a client profitability, setting of tariffs for servicing in accordance with profitability). It is used for client base analysis, it allows evaluating attractiveness of clients for the bank, calculating production costs of products and services, client budgets. It maintains agreements with clients at payment processing centers with a possibility of payments and accrual of interests.
"Interbank and inter-branch transactions" module
(support of formats in more than 30 cash settlement centers in Russian regions, automatic and manual routing of payments to correspondent accounts, automatic inter-branch settlements in both online and offline modes) - This module is used for execution of interbank settlement operations on two different platforms: on the basis of direct services and on the basis of document card-indexes. Technology of work with document card indexes is also used for other banking operations as it allows execution of documentary accounting and bookkeeping operations, there exist great possibilities of configuring in determining the stages of the document processing and the order of access to documents at each phase. In this module the receipt of incoming messages is implemented in manual and automatic modes, dispatch of messages, management of inter-branch information flows printing of free inter-banking documents. Automatic monitoring of incoming receipts - redemption of indebtedness. Work with document card-indexes in inter-banking transactions allows compiling consolidated inter-banking documents for cash settlement centers for a closed transaction day, thus utilizing the funds on the correspondent account to the maximum.
"Cash turnover" module
(note accounting of vault cash in the bank (head office, affiliates and branches), any currency, connection of cashier desks and a storage, unity of cash and operational services, conformity of note accounting and bookkeeping, administration of disposable funds throughout the bank) - it includes several functional groups. "Cash registers and storages" - it monitors movement of cash in the bank, registers all transactions between cash registers and storages, as well as cash transactions. At any given moment information about actual status of cash balances in the bank in any form is available, including note accounting. "Night depository" - implements encashment and recount operations. "Currency exchange" - fully functional currency exchange office of the bank.
"Trading operations" module
(Import and export operations, automatic accounting of operations, support of reference books (BIC, ISO), templates of contracts with beneficiary requisites, transactions through intermediary banks, automatic interface with SWIFT (formats ÌÒ100, 200, 202, 300, 99õ, and others) - This module is used for assures servicing clients' transfers, made within their international trade operations, formation and processing incoming messages and outgoing extracts in the S.W.I.F.T formats, telex and letter, including transit transfers. There is hardware interface with the TurboSwift è Merva/2, and SWIFT Alliance systems.
"Front-Office Dealing" module
This module allows automation of the treasury front office. It is possible to load and unload transactions from any outside system(),set any number of acceptance transaction levels, monitor limits with a possibility of online settlements and settlements at on demand. All types of transactions can be implemented. Positions are kept for dealers, currencies and correspondent accounts.
"Dealing> module
(formation of SWIFT or TELEX messages, bookkeeping of transactions).
"Banking transactions of currency purchase and sale". Full life cycle of currency transactions is supported. Registration of operations is provided with control of input of data, verification, acceptance, determination of designed parameters being provided. SWIFT messages are generated automatically, and they are available for display and transmission within the SWIFT module. Payment documents on transaction accounting are generated automatically. Phases of document flow and the actual status of transactions are monitored.
"Client transactions of currency purchase and sale". Full life cycle of client currency transactions is supported. Registration of transactions of currency purchase and sale is provided at the exchange and at the bank expense with fixation of rate deviation from the established rate and fee for the transaction. The mechanism of templates simplifies input of type transaction of clients. Payment documents on transaction accounting are generated automatically. Phases of document flow and the actual status of transactions are monitored.
"Netting" module
This module is used for netting of deals for a selected counteragent. Netting results are available for review and annulment. Payment documents are created automatically - for cross-cancellation of debts and final settlements with the counteragent.
Module "Interbank credits / Interbank deposits"
"Attraction of funds transactions" This module is used for registration of a deal of investment attraction. For registration of typical deals special templates are used, which contain data on previously registered deals. Designed parameters of a deal are calculated. After the deal verification, final identification of the correspondent account for the deal is made. The SWIFT messages are generated automatically, which are available for viewing and dispatching in the SWIFT module . Mass generation of SWIFT messages for a selected group of deals is supported. Payment documents for accounting are automatically generated during operations of attraction of a principal sum, repayment of a principal sum, interest payments and accrual of binding of interest rates. "Investment of funds transactions" This module is used for registration of transactions of investment of funds. For registration of typical transactions templates contain data on previously registered deals. Designed parameters are determined. After verification, final determination of the account for the transaction is made. SWIFT messages are generated automatically, which are available for reviewing and delivery in the SWIFT module. Mass generation of SWIFT messages is supported for a selected group of transactions. Payment documents are generated automatically for accounting during the implementation of operations of placement of principal, repayment of principal, interest payments, and calculation of requirements on interests.
"Securities/bills and notes" module
This module is used for accounting of promissory notes broken down by agreements, as well as for accounting promissory notes. At the second phase it is used for depositary accounting and accounting of operations with all types of securities at exchange markets and over-the-counter markets, thus permitting to exercise input of data containing results of trading and transactions with state and corporate securities in electronic form, from different trade systems, it permits to organize document workflow in the sphere of operations with securities and to monitor all phases of transaction development: from conclusion to their full execution.
"Tax accounting" module
In accordance with Article 25 of the tax code this module is used for registration of tax events, processing of tax events in accordance with previously set schemes, generation of accounting transactions, formation of synthetic tax registrars, formulation of a tax declaration.

"Storage facility" module
This module makes accounting of turnover and status of a storage facility in quantitative and cost aspects, evaluation of goods using different prices, stock-taking servicing, registration of turnover in accordance with orders, as well as stockpile control. The "Storage facility" module permits to fully automate an enterprise of any size and any profile in the sphere of registration of warehouse status and warehouse turnover. Well developed parameterization makes it easy to adjust the module to demands of any user. It can determine different types of negotiable instruments and describe their information content.
"Movement of goods> module
The module serves transactions, connected with accounting of purchases and sales of goods, production and services as well as monitoring of payments of deliveries, extension of invoices, invoicing, implementation of a purchase ledger and a sales ledger, and reservation of goods at warehouses. The module performs the following functions:
servicing of a Contractor card index (suppliers and consumers), which contains names, addresses, identification numbers (INN, KOOP,, internal code), regions, and other information with a possibility of search using different search criteria; servicing of company's own orders and client orders with supply schedule taken into account, and control of implementation; registration of invoices in purchase transactions and appropriate receiving papers for deliveries with time intervals between delivery of goods and its receipt and payment of an invoice for goods; registration of sales of goods on the basis of orders or without them for invoicing with simultaneous reservation of goods available at warehouses; invoicing in sales transactions as well as correcting invoices; printing of registers of purchases in the tabular form; printing of account books of purchases and sales split differently for purposes of accounting and analysis; generation of accounting transactions for the Bankir system on the basis of invoices of purchases and sales, previously put into the system; payments for company's own orders, client orders, company's invoices, client invoices, generation of accounting transactions for the Bankir system on the basis of invoices of purchases and sales, previously put into the system.
"Fixed capital" module is used for accounting of fixed assets. The module makes all necessary accounting calculations, associated with depreciation, depreciation deductions, as well as with revaluations. It exports piles of accounting documents into the Bankir system.
"Personnel accounting" module collects, stores and presents a wide spectrum of personnel data both in print and on the display. Its card indexes contain basic data pertaining to the bank's employees. Thanks to concentration of information in a single and well organized data base access to the information about each employee is made simple. It also gives a possibility to generate different statistical data about the bank's personnel. The module keeps data on all employees, currently or previously employed by the enterprise, which is necessary for the activity of the human resources department, as well as for salary accounting.
"Salary" module is used for automation of the salary accounting department. It calculates salaries and other types of remuneration for different groups of employees, which are defined by the user; it allows calculating of salaries for piece-work pay and payment for time-based piece rate work, prints payroll sheets and summary reports. The system keeps data about salaries paid, providing simple and easy access to detailed information about salaries, presented together with sums and average figures for a selected period. Report generator enables it to create statistical reporting forms for the analysis of payments for formation of policy of remuneration of labor at the enterprise. The module directly uses data from the "Personnel accounting" module and exports information to the Bankir account ledger.
"Settlements with accountable persons" module is used for automation of activity of calculation services in the sphere of making settlements with accountable persons. Accounting petty cash receipts and cash vouchers, accounting expense reports with automatic formation of a set of accounting transactions. Flexible adjustment of rules of generation of accounting transactions.
