08.04.2009 - Patch #11 for Core Banking System Bankir/PRO - Strategic Changes in the System
The main change in the new package will be the launch of the 24/7 system that would allow Bankir/PRO to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without any interruptions.
This will significantly simplify the procedure of closing the operational day for banks that operate 24 hours a day or in different time zones.
The patch will additionally include a variety of other enhancements to comply with customer preferences.
The following mechanisms will be implemented in patch #11:
- Automated accounting of consumer payments to budgetary recipients (allows automating the creation of summarized documents for internal financial accounting in a bank as well as generating summary payment documents for the payment receivers)
- Automatic transfer of documents on blocked customer accounts from one directory into a different one and automatic rollback of these documents at the remove of the attachment
- An option that allows to automatically block the registration or modification of customers identified in the directory of suspects
- Generation of consolidated profit and loss report across all branches
- Automatic substitution of customer account in manual and automatic matching of incoming documentation
- Date administration of the generated message at export into Unified Formats of Electronic Banking Messages (UFEBS) (required at testing of the messaging with cash settlement centre)
- Option to select documents for rollback of the matching of the incoming messages concerning the customer's account
- Automatic update of the deposit agreement amount on de facto deposited amount at activation of the agreement
- At termination/cancelation of the deposit agreement an additional option is available - checking whether the principal account of the deposit agreement is a card account
- At deposit agreement termination through an XML- query an option is implemented - payment into an account that is not the designated agreement account
- Generation of XML-notifications only on changes in the customers' directory
- Associated notifications on customer accounts and agreements will not be generated
These and many other functionalities (excluding 24/7 functionality and the mechanism of automation of payment records which require separate licensing) will be available to the users of core-banking system Bankir/PRO with the launch of the 11th patch that is planned for the end of April.
