23.11.2007 The CSBI company has conducted a series of seminars, concerning the implementation of changes 302-P in IBS BANKIR.
On the 20th of November the CSBI Company has conducted seminars, concerning the implementation of changes into the IBS BANKIR. The changes are stipulated by the provision of the Bank of Russia #302-P of the 26th of March 2007 "About the rules of account maintenance in credit organizations, located on the territory of the Russian Federation", which enters into power on the 1st of January 2008. The seminars were conducted on the 20th of November in the CSBI office in St.-Petersburg and on the 22nd of November in Moscow, hotel "Kosmos".

The CSBI support service is now working with Serena TeamTrack
The project of installation of the Serena TeamTrack system for automatization of the help desk service and development division of the company - CSBI is put into industrial use.
